TELACU Las Flores is a 73-unit senior, low-income apartment community located just a short distance away from the 118 freeway in the city Pacoima and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus stops. We have on-site laundry facilities, a community garden, professionally landscaped grounds, gated parking and a large community room for our residents’ enjoyment.
