Minnesota Medicaid’s Elderly Waiver provides financial assistance for seniors of 65 years and older who need to reside in adult foster care homes and assisted living communities. The state also offers the Minnesota Consumer Support Grant that provides for the cost of senior care and personal assistance services. The Minnesota Housing Support Program additionally offers financial aid to seniors in adult foster care homes and assisted living facilities.
