Emergency pull cord stations in the bedroom and bathroom. All apartments have a patio/balcony. Laundry room located on 2nd floor (75¢ to wash and 50¢ to dry). Computer room located on 3rd floor. Smoke-free community (smoking prohibited in your apartment, the building or on the grounds).
Eligibility Critera: Must meet HUD's annual income limits and at least one (1) household member must be 62 or older.
