Having served the community since 1929, Foss has built an excellent reputation for quality and innovative services. Located in north Seattle’s Broadview neighborhood, Foss is a 501©(3) not-for-profit organization affiliated with the Lutheran Church. At Foss we celebrate a diverse community, welcome individual differences and honor self-expression.

Our assisted living village, located in North Seattle, is designed like a home not a hotel or apartment building. Surrounding an expansive, park-like grassy courtyard, our cottages offer private apartments with specially trained staff to provide services that are individually tailored to meet your needs. The Village staff has an average of 9 years of service, providing assistance to the Foss residents, with key management averaging over 20 years.
