South of the state of Idaho, costs are slightly lower in Nevada at $3,595 and in Utah at $3,400, but rise to $4,659 to the west in Oregon. The highest costs of assisted living within the state of Idaho are found near the Washington border in the community of Lewiston ($5,203), while the lowest costs are found at the other end of the state in the southern Idaho city of Twin Falls ($3,175).
