Located in the small Texas town of Yoakum, the Yoakum Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides seniors with a quiet, calm environment. Seniors can access surgical, emergency and outpatient services at Yoakum Community Hospital, which is just across the way from the facility’s campus grounds.
The 24/7 team at Yoakum Nursing and Rehabilitation Center includes professional nurses, therapists and care assistants, as well as a nursing director who is certified in wound care and provides IV therapy and respiratory care. A separate secure unit meets the needs of residents living with Alzheimer’s or dementia-related disorders. Physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapy are all provided on-site.
