Welcome to Utopia Home Care, Inc! Utopia Home Care of Hempstead is located on Fulton Avenue, offering home health aides (HHA’s), Personal Care Aides (PCA’s), and companion care services throughout Nassau County. Services are provided on an hourly basis through private pay, long term care insurance, Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation, Managed Long Term Care (MLTC), and Mainstream Managed Care (MCO) programs.
Utopia Assisted Living Services provides nursing and personal care to individuals living in Managed Residential Communities throughout Connecticut. We currently service multiple locations throughout the state, including The Towers in New Haven, the largest assisted living community in Connecticut. Our commitment to clients is evident through our continuity of care and strategic partnerships with property management groups which allows core competencies to be showcased to the people that matter most – those receiving services.
