A community fully dedicated to caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s or memory care needs, University Village has been designed from the ground up with our residents in mind. Recently constructed in 2011, our community is made up of four distinct neighborhoods, allowing for a better sense of home and comfort. These neighborhoods also help prevent confusion and feelings of loneliness, which are common issues that individuals with dementia face on a daily basis.
University Village is managed by Frontier Management, a high-quality senior housing provider that is committed to always placing residents’ well-being first, and continually sets the highest standards for services and care.
Daily meals are prepared by talented chefs and enjoyed in a family-style setting within each neighborhood. Arrangements are easily made for individuals who have specific dietary needs. Tasty and nutritious snacks are also available throughout the day.
Our seniors have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of individual and group activities during their stay, such as gardening, live music and entertainment, cooking, and of course, reminiscing. Our friendly and warm “house” pets can often be found snuggling up with residents, and we often receive visits from visiting “furry” friends.

For the convenience of our residents, both salon and barber services are available on site within the walls of our community. We also provide each residence with regular housekeeping and linen services, keeping rooms clean and fresh.
As a part of Frontier Management, University Village provides complete Alzheimer’s and memory care services through our specially designed Personal Touch Philosophy. Personal Touch memory care services take into account a broad range of areas, such as learning an individual’s family history, creating a personalized care plan and treating each resident as a family member.
