Tysons Towers has been owned by the Fairfax Education Association Retirement Housing Corporation and managed by Polinger Shannon & Luchs Company for over 30 years and offers a prime example of quality, affordable living. They offer affordable housing under a federally assisted rental program designed for seniors and handicapped individuals.
Tysons staffs a full-time Activity Director to plan parties, classes and specially organized events for our Residents. We also schedule regular shopping trips to grocery stores and shopping malls. We have a 24-hour Front Desk and a Management Team dedicated to serving the needs of the residents of Tysons Towers.
Tysons Towers Apartments has two (2) rental assistance programs; the primary program is Section 236, and a secondary program, which is a federally assisted program (RAP).
Applicants must provide proof of income as follows: Six consecutive pay stubs, the last six months of bank statements, proof of any other assets, such as CD’s, real property owned, etc. ,Social Security award letter (if applicable) and Tax filing or W2 from the previous year. *Any income received from family must be documentable from the previous 12 months. Additionally, (if applicable) applicants must provide documented proof of a Disability.
