Terrell Healthcare Center provides wound care for ulcers, venous issues and non-healing wounds exacerbated by health conditions. Licensed therapists rehabilitate patients following strokes, injuries or surgeries, helping them to regain strength and balance and move as independently as possible again. Individualized care is available through the Nexion Neighbor program, which provides daily one-on-one attention for residents who need help with mobility and personal hygiene.
