Cogir of Stock Ranch is a community of 115 pet-friendly apartment homes, with 38 designated for Independent Living and 77 for Assisted Living. It’s just the right size for our residents to make friends and enjoy activities together. Our spacious one-bedroom apartment homes range from 614 to 680 square feet, studios range from 459 to an incredible 500 square feet, and two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments are 938+ square feet. Our rates start at $3,795.

Our residents experience anytime restaurant-style dining from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Our culinary team offers a sumptuous all-day menu plus lavish chef’s choice entrées for lunch and dinner. Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or beer with your dinner as you socialize with your new friends. Relish outdoor dining around the fountain, surrounded by gardens.
The base fees include three meals a day, weekly housekeeping and linen service (including one load of personal laundry), all utilities (including Xfinity cable and internet), covered parking, scheduled transportation, and many more fun activities both inside and outside the community. Personal care fees are based on assessment and are available 24/7.
