Located approximately 75 miles east of Des Moines in the small town of Sigourney, Windsor Place Senior Living provides rehabilitative care, assisted living and skilled nursing services. A doctor’s office is located just a few houses down the road, with a hospital and emergency room less than half a mile away.
At Windsor Place Senior Living, specialized staff provide physical, occupational and speech therapy. Residents in the assisted living program have private rooms with bath and kitchenette, and housekeeping is provided. Licensed, certified personnel care for seniors who have complex and long-term medical requirements, delivering pain management, wound care and oxygen therapies as necessary.

Residents at each care level have access to appropriate activities and opportunities to socialize with others. On-site amenities include beauty and barber services, Catholic Mass and multi-denominational services at the chapel. Seniors in assisted living have access to additional entertainment and relaxation areas, such as the family lounge and porches.
