Beautiful landscaped grounds surround the facility, which features a portico to ease entering and exiting vehicles in inclement weather. The man-made lake that sits on the wooded property is home to a number of ducks.

Chandeliers hang from the vaulted ceiling in the foyer, casting soft light over green-and-gold patterned carpet. Comfortable chairs and wooden tables are just some of the elegant furnishings in the common areas. Light from tasteful fixtures and expansive windows illuminate the home. Residents enjoy restaurant-style service in the dining room. During the tour, our guide smiled at each resident we came across&#8212we noted several small groups socializing in the common areas. The guide informed us that the staff makes a special effort to introduce new residents to everyone to help them begin forming relationships. The residents at Signature Pointe on the Lake seem very much at home.
