Welcome to Salemhaven! Salemhaven Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center is a privately owned, non-profit facility featuring 110 beds and excellent skilled nursing. Visitors and patients can also find a serene, woodland and campus setting in the Silverthorne Adult Day Center, committed to providing an active and enjoyable lifestyle for seniors.
Salemhaven is both Medicaid and Medicare certified and provides general medical and 24-hour nursing care, as well as a number of specialized programs and services for our residents. Choosing the right setting for a relative, friend or even yourself, isn’t always easy. Our residents maintain their independence and dignity while enjoying the graciousness, companionship and safety that are important characteristics of Salemhaven. Our comfortable rooms, delicious meals, courteous service and convenient location are all designed to provide healthcare with an at-home feeling.
