Rest Haven Health and Rehabilitation is located on the north side of town in Ripley, Mississippi, approximately an hour northwest of Tupelo. The community is also conveniently located down the street from the Tippah County Wellness Center and the Tippah County Hospital.
Rest Haven Health and Rehabilitation offers 24-hour skilled licensed nursing care through individualized care plans. The 60-bed facility takes a holistic approach to treatments and offers everything from general nursing care and short-term care to complex medical services, such as dialysis, pain management, respiratory services, stroke care and wound management. Other services include podiatry, dental care, and physical, occupational and speech therapy, and an on-site lab provides X-rays.
