Welcome to Providence House! Welcome to Providence House in Portland’s Mt. Tabor neighborhood. Conveniently located in the city, we are pleased to provide seniors (62 years and older) on fixed incomes with a safe and welcoming place to call home.
Providence House is a high-quality, supportive housing program founded by the Sisters of Providence and owned and managed by Providence Health & Services.

Completed applications must be printed, signed and mailed to the management office of the House(s) you’re applying to. Applicants who appear to meet all eligibility requirements will be added to the wait list and will be contacted when their application nears the top..
