Welcome to Philadelphia Nursing Home! The Philadelphia Nursing Home (PNH) cares for a broad range of adults (18 and over) with diverse needs. Our staff works closely with families, hospital discharge planners and community agencies to quickly admit residents and return them to the community if and when they are ready. Other residents make PNH their permanent home.
At all times, we promote a climate of safety, compassion and respect while providing quality care that preserves our residents’ sense of freedom, identity and independence. Our dedicated staff creates a comfortable, friendly environment and always treats residents with kindness and respect.
PNH is certified for participation in the Medicare and Medicaid programs and licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Department of Health. The home is owned by the City of Philadelphia and managed by Fairmount Long Term Care.
