Otterbein Pemberville is a not-for-profit faith-based continuing care retirement community. We are related to the United Methodist Church. The community is located on 160 acres of wooded property in eastern Wood County, Ohio. It is a safe, semi rural, small village with all levels of care. Independent living is made up of a combination of Villa/ Patio Homes and apartments. Wellness services, activities, dining room and volunteer opportunities are available for IL residents. Assisted living features all aspects of help with activities of daily living as well as nursing services. We have a nurse present in assisted living 24 hours a day.
