Kuakini Geriatric Care is a 34-bed adult residential care home that provides minimal assistance with personal care to seniors who are ambulatory and continent. Staff provides 24-hour supervision, general health monitoring, medication administration, basic nursing and bathing services. Pharmacy and rehabilitation services, lab tests and diagnostic testing are available by physician orders. Furnished private and semiprivate rooms are available, with housekeeping and laundry services provided. Three meals and two snacks are provided every day. All rooms are equipped with a call system at the bedside and in the bathroom. Residents have access to a comfortable reading and TV room and sundeck area. Programs and activities are held in the spacious solarium and include daily exercises, arts and crafts, music, entertainment and social activities.
