Kim’s Love & Care is a small care home located on the outskirts of West Hills, CA. Seniors can benefit from the best of both worlds, living close to the Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve while still being in proximity to the West Hills Hospital and Medical Center as well as shopping and entertainment options near the AMC Fallbrook 7 cinema.
Kim’s Love & Care offers personalized assistance for seniors in a family-like environment. Caregivers are available 24 hours a day, with registered nurses on staff to administer injections and provide other basic medical care. Catheter and colostomy care are available, and staff can also offer assisted transfers. The team is trained in supporting seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia, helping them to feel safe and comfortable in their surroundings and de-escalating behavioral episodes.
