Keystone Center is conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood on Keystone Drive in North Leominster, near the Lunenburg and Fitchburg town lines. All patient rooms and common areas are located on the ground floor, with easy access from the parking lot. We are a small, family-friendly facility with an excellent reputation for personalized care, due to our size and very low turnover of staff.
