Hattie Ide Chaffee Home is a 60-bed long-term and rehabilitation care. Services offered on-site include mobile dentistry, mobile X-rays and optometry. On-site physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are available daily. Trained staff provides cardiac rehab, IV therapy and complex wound care, and a licensed physician and nurse practitioners are on staff.

Single and double rooms are available to choose from, and all rooms have cable, internet and a telephone. Residents who need rehabilitation can participate in the Discharge-to-Community program, which has lower than average rates of rehospitalization. The community provides an activity calendar and can arrange transportation for residents.
