Eldercare is a community based program for adults which encourages independence and supports older adults in remaining active and healthy in their daily life while remaining in their home. The community is operated and managed via a contract with Lebanon County A.A.A. by Avenues. Avenues is a multi faceted Human Service agency providing innovative services to persons with disabilities and their families since 1952.
