EC Magnolia Court

E.C. Magnolia Court E.C. Magnolia Court provides 21 affordable rental units for the physically disabled. This project was co-sponsored by Community Resources for Independent Living (CRIL). The two-story structure houses one- and two-bedroom units that encircle a central courtyard. Special design details include full accessibility in all the units and both a ramp and elevator to the second floor. A separate community building with laundry facilities and a meeting room serves the residents. CRIL provides resources and support for independent living.
