Country Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center delivers the highest quality nursing and rehabilitation services available to enhance residents’ quality of life. It also provides individualized care for each patient through the wide range of healthcare services it offers.

Country Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a full-time rehabilitation center that allows residents to be cared for by the same occupational, speech and physical therapists daily, so that they can receive consistent care to enhance the outcome of their therapies. A large number of the community���s nurses are also wound care, respiratory care, IV therapy and orthopedic transfer certified. Providing a clean living environment is one of the community���s primary areas of focus as it helps to ensure residents��� quality of care. Housekeeping services are offered for all residences and accommodations, as well as for all common living areas that residents enjoy. As Country Meadows is also a long-term care facility it offers a number of programs to keep residents active and engaged throughout the day. The community also provides three healthy meals for residents daily, as well as snacks that are based on residents��� diets.
