At Cottonwood Estates, our management teams live on-site and are available to our residents throughout the day and when our residents need them. Our food is truly made from scratch and served right to your table along with a smile from our friendly staff.
Your monthly rent includes three chef-prepared meals daily, transportation, exciting events and activities, and weekly housekeeping, so you can enjoy your independent lifestyle. If you need some basic help such as medication reminders, you can utilize a third-party home health care provider who already tends to a number of our residents. This allows you to only pay for the services you need.
At Cottonwood Estates, we offer residents a range of opportunities to enjoy and participate in the arts, learn new skills, discuss current issues, as well as the chance to travel to domestic and foreign locations. Our community provides a variety of intellectual and cultural activities that include creative writing classes, book and garden clubs, discussion groups, creative art projects, cooking demonstrations, and much more. We regularly organize group outings, giving residents the chance to visit museums and galleries or attend concerts and theater performances. We encourage our residents to take advantage of many opportunities to continue to learn and grow.
