Welcome to Concord Nursing Home! Our goal is to help every resident regain his or her maximum level of independence. To that end, we offer physical therapy to improve your physical strength and function, occupational therapy to help you become more independent in your daily living, to improve your ability to speak or to teach you to communicate in other ways. There is also an audiologist who will evaluate your hearing and fit you with a hearing aid if you need one.
Founded in 1975, the Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a modern, fully equipped, skilled nursing facility offering a full range of medical, social, and rehabilitation services. The facility features 167 beds, an Adult Day Care Program, and a dementia unit. The residents live in attractively furnished private and semi-private rooms.
The decision to enter a nursing home is never an easy one, but it may actually be the actually be a more realistic alternative for someone who is homebound and alone. It offers an opportunity to be among people again and to become involved in interesting activities.
