Wingback chairs and coffee tables in the spacious entry make for an atmosphere not unlike a library. The facility’s cozy restaurant-style dining area is furnished with sturdy chairs, and tables topped with pretty flower arrangements. A combination of sunlight and fluorescent lighting illuminate the facility.

Residents decorate their rooms with personal belongings to create a homey feeling. Some of the rooms feature bay windows and skylights. The bathrooms have walk-in showers, skid-resistant tiles and handy grab bars. Watching movies in the TV room and reading daily newspapers are among residents’ favorite activities. Daily activities, such as games and arts and crafts, give residents an opportunity to socialize. Listening to music is another resident favorite.
