Broadview Assisted Living is in northern Connecticut, just minutes south of the New Hampshire border. It’s also 50 minutes north of Worcester and roughly 90 minutes west of Boston. The area is served by Winchendon General Hospital.
Broadview Assisted Living offers traditional assisted living care, memory care and short-term respite care. Seniors may join the community through either care type and switch should their needs change. All residents have access to a highly trained 24-hour staff that provides support with dressing, medication, eating and other basic life activities. Rooms in the Bright Horizons memory care wing are shared, while residents of the assisted living section may choose from shared rooms, private rooms, studio apartments, two-room suites and studio suites.

The community promotes physical, social and mental exercise for all residents. Seniors can make friends through friendly competition on bingo and trivia nights, as well as through cooperative work in baking and exercise classes. Weekly excursions help active seniors stay in touch with the surrounding community. Housekeeping staff provides daily room cleaning and weekly laundry service. Religious seniors can attend services in the on-site chapel.
