In addition to the “I’m OK” security checks and supportive services provided by our staff, our residents are also able to utilize the personal care services of our third party home care partner.

Our community offers longevity with an administrator who has served our residents almost since our doors opened.

What Makes Us Special

  • Veterans receive a $50 credit off their monthly rent.
  • A refundable security deposit is collected at time of move-in and refunded after move out. During the resident’s time in the community, they receive 2% interest annually on their deposit, which is credited toward the monthly rent on their anniversary month.
