At Shepherd of the Hills Living Center, residents receive professional medical care from 24/7 registered nurses and certified nursing assistants, with regular rounds by an on-call medical doctor and visits from psychiatrists, podiatrists and dentists. Each resident has a personalized, comprehensive care plan based on their needs and wishes, receiving assistance with the activities of daily living. Behavioral care, Alzheimer’s care and hospice care are also available.

Residents receive housekeeping and laundry services, and transportation is provided for off-campus medical appointments. Each resident sets their own daily schedule, including wake-up times, meal times and bathing times. Nutritious meals and snacks are provided according to resident preferences.
