For more than 28 years, the 120-bed Tupelo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has provided skilled nursing and long-term care services by a team of specially trained professionals. Seniors live in comfortable surroundings and have access to the nearby North Mississippi State Hospital should a medical emergency arise.
Physical, speech and occupational therapists at Tupelo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center use the latest equipment and treatment techniques to help seniors recover from a stroke, severe injury or cognitive impairment. Licensed nurses offer around-the-clock care for those who need extra attention and services such as wound care, IV therapy and dialysis. Each week, a nurse practitioner and rehabilitation doctor visit the center. Outpatient therapy services are also available for seniors having trouble adapting at home.

The center provides private and semi-private rooms with cable television, large closets and private restrooms. A wide range of fun activities is scheduled seven days a week for seniors to attend and make new friends. Residents can gather in the five-star dining room to enjoy nutritious meals and healthy snacks. Upon request, a wheelchair-accessible van is available for transporting seniors to medical appointments. Other amenities include a relaxing outdoor courtyard, beauty salon and housekeeping services.
