We take pride in our 38-bed subacute wing – a self-contained oasis of professionalism and unparalleled comfort featuring its own private entrance, spacious gym, dining room and a full-time concierge.
Our multidisciplinary team of professionals utilizes the latest equipment and technology to get one back home as soon as possible… and to complete the rehabilitation process post-discharge from Autumn Lake, we now offer outpatient therapy.
