The Green Home is a senior rehabilitation facility that���s part of UPMC Senior Communities and affiliated with University of Pittsburgh Schools of the Health Sciences. Residents are within minutes of the main UPMC Wellsboro hospital and only a short drive from St. Peter���s Catholic Church. Also nearby is a Rite Aid pharmacy and several banks.
Seniors receive 24-hour care at The Green Home. This facility is for residents who no longer need to be in the hospital but do require some level of skilled nursing and assistance with activities of daily living.
