PAYMENT OPTION
PRICING INFORMATION FOR RUSSELLVILLE PARK
Apartments are based on a monthly rental.
Independent Living apartments start at $1,540 per month and Assisted Living apartments start at $2,990 per month (add $250 for double occupancy).
Monthly rent includes one meal daily for Independent Living or three meals daily for Assisted Living, weekly housekeeping and linen service, expanded cable TV, social and recreational programs, unlimited use of all activity areas, scheduled transportation, staff available 24 hours a day to answer questions, emergency communication system, complimentary laundry facilities, maintenance, and all utilities except private telephone.
Memory Care apartments range in price from $4,700 to $5,300 per month depending on the level of care.
Care services are included in the monthly costs and are determined by a comprehensive functional assessment by our registered nurse. Assessments are completed prior to moving in, and at regular intervals throughout the resident's stay. The outcome of the assessment establishes the appropriate level of services each resident will receive.
