There is no more yard work, maintenance, housekeeping or meal preparation unless they so choose. And they don't have to depend on or burden family members with these everyday tasks. They're free to make new friends, take up hobbies or enjoy favorite leisure pastimes.
Private, rental apartments -- studios, one-or two-bedrooms -- are ready to be individualized with personal furnishings and belongings. Each apartment is cable-ready with a full kitchen, individually controlled heating/air-conditioning and a patio or balcony. Because apartments are available on a month-to-month rental basis, residents don't have to deplete their savings for an expensive "buy-in" fee or commit to a lengthy lease period.
