PAYMENT OPTION
Pond Home's private Residential Care Rates start at $3,437/month. This rate includes all meals, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance services, activities programming, hairdressing services, and most importantly, 24-hour awake nursing staff who can give medication to residents, monitor medical conditions, and perform regular checks on each resident.
Our Supportive Nursing Care Section rates start at a daily rate of $230. This includes all services above and more extensive medical and physical support.
Pond Home also offers short term Respite stays in both levels of care.
Residents pay privately, or through long term health care insurance. As a non-profit Pond Home has a small endowment that can be used to off-set a residents care expenses when the resident's income and assets no longer cover this expense.
