A small number of units will be available at rents of $520.00 and $630.00 per month for one and two bedroom units respectively. To qualify for these units, resident's annual incomes cannot exceed $21,600 for one person household and $24,700 for two person households.
Pets: Small pets permitted with a weight limit of 35 pounds at full growth. There is a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $150.00. Maximum of one pet per household. Pre-approval required.
