All of our apartments are on one floor which consists of 73 apartments. Sixty-three of our units are studio apartments and ten units are one-bedroom apartments. Included in this number are eight handicapped apartments. We offer month-to-month rental terms. Window treatments are on all windows. All of our units have emergency pull cords in the bathroom and bedroom. We also offer respite care in a furnished apartment and a 24-hour personal assistance.
Our included services are three meals daily, daily housekeeping and personal laundry and linen service. This also includes 24-hour staffing and an activity director on staff with a full social program and scheduled bus transportation.
